This was Tobi’s gift: he made people feel loved, valued, and special. His charismatic presence lit up any room and his loving spirit touched all who knew him. He was a testament to the power of human resilience, continually rising above challenges with grace and unwavering determination. He was ambitious, not for personal glory, but in the pursuit of making the world a better place for those he held dear.

In light of the sensitive situation, we ask for the privacy of the family at this time. The care and services for Tobi are under the direction of North Valley Cremation & Funeral Services. As we remember Tobi, let us not dwell on the void he leaves behind, but rather celebrate the love he spread, the lives he touched, and the positivity he radiated.
